seams - seams in your clothing are prone to coming a part. If your kid's coat has come apart playing. If your time at the gym has paid off and your shirt has split. If your bag has a corner has opened and things get lost under the lining. Think of this as a sewing along the same line.

hems - If your trousers need taking up or down. Think of this as plain hemming.

pockets - If your pocket is hanging off. If your hands have pushed the pocket out of shape. If it needs relining. Think how pockets are used and keep them in good working order.
